At Gray Wolf Technology, our Refund Policy is based on best practices. All refund claims are processed diligently to make sure the decisions are justified and mutually agreeable.

This Refund Policy covers only GWT action towards refunds.

This Refund Policy does not apply to the practices of companies that GWT does not own or control.

This Refund Policy does not apply to the practices of companies that GWT does not employ or manage, including any third-party agencies.

A refund is only considered in the extreme cases and may apply if*:

• The project has not been started and/or
• You have not violated our terms.
